Oscar's
The award-winning Oscar's is conveniently located on the Lobby level of the hotel. Sporting a casual and lively atmosphere, its light-hearted and animated ambience is further enhanced by a diverse menu, offering local and international cuisine 24 hours a day for breakfast, lunch, dinner and even supper. Guests are given a choice between dining in air-conditioned comfort or alfresco along the cool Sidewalk Terrace.

Oscar's also offers a sensational Brunch on Sundays, featuring an array of sumptuous culinary delights with free-flowing Taittinger Champagne or excluding. There is a wide selection of wines, both by the glass and bottle available to complement both buffet and à la carte dining. Oscar's has a seating capacity of 185.

Golden Peony
Golden Peony is an award-winning Cantonese restaurant that exudes a sophisticated charm through the use of teak screens and a porcelain display of Chinese mythology. Located on level 3 of the hotel, Golden Peony is a picture of charming elegance and serenity.

Offering a unique Cantonese cuisine, Golden Peony is famous for its extensive East-meets-West menus, delicately prepared by top Hong Kong chefs. Providing a dining experience like no other, the restaurant offers superbly crafted Cantonese dishes prepared from only the choicest ingredients, some of which are specially imported from diverse regions in China. Significantly, the Hong Kong dim sum specialities served at the restaurant are unusual and not commonly available in Singapore.

For the wine connoisseur, the restaurant also carries a master wine list for selection. For exclusive dining, Golden Peony features an intimate private dining room, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. Golden Peony has a seating capacity of 108.

Lobby Lounge
Located on the left of the hotel's entrance, the Lobby Lounge is the perfect meeting place to enjoy a snack or drink with friends or colleagues. Set within marble pillars and capped by a 24-carat gold-leaf ceiling, the lounge is a perfect picture of quiet elegance and luxury.

The Lobby Lounge serves an Executive Lunch Buffet, as well as a selection of sandwiches, and a choice of teas. In the evenings, guests can retreat to this cosy lounge where a choice of cigars and a fine assortment of malt whiskies, premium Armagnacs and port is available for your enjoyment. With its high-back leather chairs, plush deep-seat settees and conducive lighting, as well as live music from an accomplished pianist and singer, the Lobby Lounge provides just the respite for that pre- or post-dinner indulgence. The Lobby Lounge has a seating capacity of 44.
